Mental Health Notebook aims to hold events that can help improve your daily well-being and allow us to build more connections with our community. We will try our best to host monthly events, such as talks by distinguished speakers, classes (e.g. meditation or yoga) that can help you relax, protests and more.

Join our mental health symposium virtually, where we invited different stakeholders to the teenager mental health conversation. Via an open dialogue with academics and researchers, therapists and psychologists, politicians, school teachers, parents and students, we hope to explore how the well-being of young people can be better protected.
